JWS has prepared various maintenance service systems in order for our customers to use easily the water treatment system forever.
● What is the maintenance agreement?
The maintenance agreement is a service that prevents sudden trouble ahead of time by providing the maintenance on a system and an equipment based on the annual agreement. Its purpose is to conduct dialysis treatments with stable operation and good water quality at all times.
● Benefits for having the agreement
① By periodically inspecting the condition of equipment and finding issues prior to failure, we can prevent sudden failure ahead of time.
② By analyzing the water quality including RO pretreatment, the condition before treatment and the condition of RO membrane can be managed periodically.
③ By replacing commodity items (cation resin, UV bactericidal lamp, bacteria elimination air filter, RO membrane, etc.) systematically, it is not time-consuming for users and distributors.
④ Because the payment for an agreement is in installments, there is not a large amount of maintenance costs occurring at once and expense recording can be done systematically.
● Types of Maintenance Agreements
・Maintenance management agreement
Used to conduct inspections to maintain equipment function as normal and maintenance within the agreement. The inspection, maintenance, and parts replacement are done periodically.
・RO module performance assurance agreement
Used to set the "ion removal rate" and "water treatment volume" ahead of time. It is to maintain the guaranteed "removal rate" and "water treatment volume" during the agreement term and the maintenance is done as necessary.
・Periodical inspection agreement
Used to conduct inspections periodically. Inspection is conducted to check the operation of the equipment, check the water quality, and discover any failures. It does not include the equipment repair or parts replacement.
Any parts replacement and repair during the inspection will be quoted separately.
