There are 2 divisions at Japan Water Systems (JWS), Medical Division and Environment & Plant Division.
Medical Division is a specialized business and the equipment manufacture that develops, designs, manufactures, sells, and provides after service on a reverse osmosis equipment for dialysis.
Environment & Plant Division is an engineering manufacture that is divided into Plant Department, Esco Department, Overseas Department, Environment Department, and Equipment Department and resolves customer's needs and issues.
Both Divisions have the distinctive strength of our company.
After all, we have the abundant proven record of customers with over 1500 facilities nationwide and that we are always maintaining the top share in this field.
Moreover, we have allocated the sales office across the country so that we can provide detailed after service.
In equipment development, we are always selling the models which combine new ideas and state-of-the art technologies to support the daily dialysis treatment as ”a leading role behind the scenes"
In Plant Department, we are selling equipment and plants in various industries by utilizing our high-level technology.
We are selling the products to various users such as chemistry, paper manufacturing, steel, semiconductor, PCB, cement, automobile, medical equipment, etc. and we provide supply water and drain water with different uses.
This company has technology to accurately meet each one of these needs.
In the Esco Department, on behalf of public waterworks, we receive water supplies from the exclusive waterworks facilities we built to implement the business scheme that can provide various benefits to customers.
In the Overseas Department, we are implementing the dissemination of private waterworks (home-based)
In the Environment Department, we are contributing to the environment by installing LED fluorescent light bulbs to achieve CO2 reduction.
Although Environment & Plant Division has various menu items mentioned above, but they have something common.
That is this division is always resolving issues received from various fields at the customer level.

When I started working for our company few decades ago, I don't think I had any special thoughts as to what I was placing an emphasis on.
This shows that what you have placed an emphasis on currently may not have the same weight in the future.
We would like to spend our long lives in a meaningful and happy way.
To do that, growing up and making good use of ourselves within the organization and doing a good job is especially important.
We don't train you in the minor league to promote to the major league. We immediately place you in the major league (actual work setting) to train you.

Currently, we have 2 divisions. However we are planning to promote matured sales departments to independent divisions.
Although it is a vague goal, we would like to have 4-division structures in 5 years.
To do that, we consider technology development and marketing as important functions and are putting most effort into them.
Moreover, we think it is necessary to collaborate with companies that have good technology and wide sales network to establish the collaborative relationship with "Win-Win" business alliance.
We must establish the internal structures which can meet the fast paced social situation, promote the organizational reform by applying necessary improvements, and make a company that is effective, stable, and profitable.
